【User Registration]】

Those who intend to use (hereinafter called “the Users”) Wonder! School (hereinafter called “the Service”) run by Bandai Co., Ltd., (hereinafter called “the Operating Company”) must agree to the Terms of Use of Wonder! School (hereinafter called “the Terms of Use”) and register with the Service. The Users can post photographs, texts, and videos, acquire and use coins, and participate in contests and prize competitions of the Service by registering with the Service. When the Operating Company determines that a user has violated the Terms of Use or infringes or intends to infringe the rights of other users, the Operating Company may take an immediate action to (such as deleting) his or her Wonder! School ID, posted content, profile, coins, and any relevant content without prior notice. Therefore, we restrict the use the Service to only the Users who understand the purpose and management policies of the Service prescribed in the Terms of Use.

【Posting】

The Users are not allowed to post content that includes the following.
Any photos, texts, and movies posted by the Users are examined by the Operating Company before being released. Therefore, those deemed to include the following by the company will not be released or will be removed if they have already been released.

Characters irrelevant to the theme are included. *Be sure that such characters are not included on the clothing and background.
Personal information (name, address, etc.) is contained. *Be sure that personal information, such as name tags, are not contained.
Content irrelevant to the theme
Content that is offensive to others, such as violent content and photos of people without clothes
Content violating copyright, such as unauthorized use of others’ work, characters, and logos.
Content violating portrait rights, such as unauthorized use of photos and videos of others. (e.g. those of friends and celebrities).

The Users must follow the Terms of Use when posting photographs, texts and movies. They must read it carefully with adults including their guardians.
The Operating Company shall be allowed to use (reproduce, copy, change or use such changed) users’ postings free of charge to the extent that the company considers it necessary for the promotion etc., of the Service or other products and services of the Operating Company or other third companies.

【Coin System】

As a part of the Service, Wonder! School has introduced a coin system and provides two types of coins; Diacoin and Starcoin (hereinafter collectively called “coins”), which allow users to participate in prize competitions, etc. The implementation, revision or discontinuation of the coin system are determined by this site at its discretion unless they are violating laws and regulations. Also, introduction and continuation of the coin system are not guaranteed.

【Details of the Coin System】

Details of the coin system, including the method, number, and date of coin provision and coin usage are defined in the Terms of Use and separately in a special page of this website.
Obtained coins have no expiration date. However, they may become unavailable for use due to discontinuing of the Service and changes in the service content.
The Users are not allowed to transfer or loan coins to or combine them with others’ coins in any case. Also, any third parties other than the user cannot use another’s coins.
When a user loses his or her membership qualification for the Service, the coins will expire immediately at that point in time irrespective of the reasons, and they will not become available even if he or she regains membership.
When confirming that the ID and password provided by a user when he or she uses coins that are matched with registered ones, the Operating Company considers it performed by the user. If a third party uses the coins of a user improperly by using the user’s ID and password, the Operating Company shall bear no responsibility and make no compensation for the lost coins.
The website notifies the user of the number of coins obtained and used and the coin balance in a prescribed manner.

【About Acquisition of Personal Information】

The Users who have won a contest or prize competition are required to be registered with the Bandai Namco iD (BNiD) to receive prizes. The Operating Company obtains winners’ personal information (names, addresses, telephone numbers, etc.) from that registered with the Bandai Namco iD (BNiD) instead of requiring winners to provide it separately. Prizes are delivered to the address registered with the Bandai Namco iD by the winners. Please confirm that your registered address is correct. If there is an error, please edit or correct the address registered with the Bandai Namco iD before the result is announced by the Operating Company.

【About Use of Personal Information】

The Operating Company uses personal information registered with the Bandai Namco iD for the following purposes.

When the Operating Company or company hosting the contest delivers prizes to winners.
When the Operating Company or company hosting the contest needs to contact winners on an individual basis
When the Operating Company or company hosting the contest provides special information to winners
When needing to check users’ usage or contact information to respond to their inquiries

You must consent to the use of personal information for the above purpose.

【Others】

The Operating Company may terminate, suspend, change, or correct the Service at any time at their discretion without prior notice to or consent from the Users. However, if such termination, suspension, change, and correction can cause serious damage to the Users, the Operating Company shall do so by giving a reasonable period of advance notice.
The Operating Company may change the Terms of Use without prior notice to or consent from the Users. However, if such change can cause serious damage to the Users, the Operating Company shall do so by giving a reasonable period of advance notice.
Any fees arising as a result of the use of the Service, including connection and communication fees, will be borne by the user.
The Operating Company shall assume no responsibility for any losses or damages incurred to the Users by the use of the Service.
In the event a user causes damage to a third party or other member users as a result of using this Service, the user shall resolve it at their expense and responsibility and not involve the Operating Company.
If there is any dispute regarding the use of this Service, the Tokyo District Court will be the exclusive court with jurisdiction in the first instance.
